Job Summary:

Account Receivables Clerk

Job Summary:

Controller

Job Summary:

 Responsible for the overall management of the Accounting Department.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for directing and coordinating the work of a number of accounting associates in all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, mail order).
  • Prepare monthly financial and various detailed analyses.

Financial Analyst

Job Summary:

The position of Financial Analyst is established to correctly measure, thoroughly analyze and clearly communicate levels of exposure to interest rate risk to the Chief Financial Officer. Measure, analyze and communicate the costs and benefits of products and services to the CFO.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in the month-end closing and distribution of monthly financial statements.
    Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including discussions on various issues.
  • Assist in the preparation, analysis, and distribution of the financial statement package. Responsibilities include follow-up to inquiries made regarding issued financial statements, as well as special projects assigned by management.
  • Manage acquisition accounting and related service issues.
  • Assist Financial Services Supervisor with audit related issues and projects.
  • Serve as liaison to location managers, assisting them with accounting related service issues.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

Payroll Clerk

Essential Job Functions:

  • Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance and 401(k) deductions.
  • Poll electronic time clocks (E-time software) and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Contact various department supervisors for any missed times.
  • Process weekly transfer of payroll data to ADP.
  • Pull many internal management reports from ReportSmith software.
    Strong knowledge of ReportSmith is essential
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is also a must.

Payroll Manager

Job Summary:

Manages payroll process and performs accounting-related tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Analyzes, prepares and inputs payroll data. Typically uses automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll. Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
  • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) for management.
  • Performs various journal entries, account reconciliations, and provides General Ledger support.
  • Supervises Human Resources/Payroll Assistant.

Job Summary:

The CFO is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the corporation in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission, other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the software industry and for newly public companies.
